Practicing massage therapy, CranioSacral, Reiki healing and teaching since 2001, I’ve cultivated a style of practical and profound energy work. Through the integration of Craniosacral, I’ve developed a penetrating and through spiritual healing that is rooted in the physical body. My approach is receptive. I hold your heart, mind, and soul and guide you to a place of better balance and awareness within yourself. I am a guide into your subconscious desires and I help bring the origin of undesired habits, thoughts, and beliefs to light.

Exploring the ancient memories that live in the subconscious human mind gives connection and meaning to the desires and difficulties experienced in the current life. It is a great act of self care to cultivate a relationship to these parts of ones psyche and integrate them for behavioral growth and emotional evolution.
Cranio Sacral Bodywork
When visiting Seattle, Washington USA, you can opt to see me for a treatment in person. My sessions are done on a massage table and all clients are clothed. I appreciate for you to wear clothing that allows for movement and is comfortable. We do a short intake to identify what we will be working on during our session. CS is a light touch bodywork modality that focuses on releasing tension within the nervous system, connective tissue, brain, and spinal column via distribution of cerebral spinal fluid that is throughout the body. It is a relaxing and grounding experience that gives clarity and ease. It is effective for any issue, as it realigns you to yourself.
Past Life Regression
Past Life regression is a hypnotherapy tool that is intended to allow the client to travel deep into the subconscious, far back into the soul experience to make connections about desires being played out in the current life. It is a rich experience of humanity and can help with breaking cycles of unwanted behaviors and deepen understanding of oneself.

In person Seattle CranioSacral sessions are 75 minutes at $150
